DUE TO MA’S REOPENING GUIDELINES, OUR CLASS SCHEDULE HAS CHANGED & ALL CLASSES ARE CURRENTLY HELD OUTSIDE OUR BOX.

Monthly membership is required to sign-up for a class.

Please check the WODTogether site to sign up for one of our outside classes. 

Starting tomorrow we can fit 8 people under the tent. This means the cap for class is 8 (which is only enforced on rain days) but we will take the 1st THREE on the waitlist!

WOD:
Option 1:
A. With a Partner!
10 min AMRAP
"Loaded" Squat
*post equipment and load as score*
*suggestions: back squat, front squat, sandbag squat, medball squat, db or kb squat, *


B. For time:
100 Double-Unders(200 SU's)
800m Run
60/45 Calorie Row


Option 2:
50-40-30-20-10
Calorie Bike (women do 35-28-21-15-7)
Hang Squat Cleans (75/55)(45/35)
