DUE TO MA’S REOPENING GUIDELINES, OUR CLASS SCHEDULE HAS CHANGED & ALL CLASSES ARE CURRENTLY HELD OUTSIDE OUR BOX.

Monthly membership is required to sign-up for a class.

Please check the WODTogether site to sign up for one of our outside classes. 

A quick note: Wash hands or use the hand sanitizer provided in your bucket as soon as you arrive. Also, please remember your mat is your safe space to wod without a mask but when using restroom or roaming about you need to have your mask up.

WOD:
Option 1:
200m Run
27 Wallballs
27 Box Jumps
200m Run
21 Wallballs
21 Box Jumps
200m Run
15 Wallballs
15 Box Jumps
200m Run
9 Wallballs
9 Box Jumps
200m Run

Option 2:
A. Emom x 15
Clean & Jerk x 1

*can be power or squat clean & push or split jerk
*start with 55% of your 1 rep max 
*if you don't know that start with 95/65 or 65/35
*men add 10lbs after every successful lift
*women add 5lbs after every successful lift
*if you miss, decrease by 15lbs then continue adding 10/5lbs

B. 5 min EMOM
5 Front Squats (135/95)(95/65)
10 Lateral Burpees
