Both Options today are in honor of George Floyd.

WOD:
Option 1:
"I Can't Breathe"
1600m Run (2000/1800m Row, 100/80 cal bike)
30 Burpees
800m Run (1000/900m Row, 60/40 cal  bike)
20 Burpees
400m Run (500/450m Row, 30/20 cal bike)
10 Burpees
400m Run
20 Burpees
800m Run
30 Burpees
1600m run

*this wod will have a quick warm-up and start immediately*

Option 2:
5 Rounds
25 Medball Squat Cleans (20/14)
20 Burpees over Medball
46 Double-Unders

*George was 46 years old when he died 5/25/20*
