Fight Gone Bad

3 rounds

1 min Wallballs (squats/jump squats/backpack squats)

1 min Sumo deadlift High Pull (KB/backpack Sumo DL High Pull*video*)

1 min Box Jumps (Tuck Jumps)

1 min Push Press (HS Hold/HS Push-Up)

1 min Calorie Row (Shuttle Sprint/Burpees/Bent over DB Row/Door Knob Lat Pulls *video*)

1 min rest (write down reps if possible)

*total reps is score*
