WOD:
Option 1:
15 min AMRAP
2 DB Squats
2 DB Bench Press/Floor Press(video)/Incline Press(video)
2 DB Deadlifts
then 4 reps of each
then 6 reps of each
then 8 reps of each
continue adding 2 reps to each movement until TIME is “beeped”
*if you’re dbs are too heavy use 1 db for squats and presses, sub sandbag,bar, backpack..)
Option 2:
15 min AMRAP
2 Squats (bodyweight/backpack/or odd object)
2 Push-Ups
2 Bodyweight Good mornings(video)
then 4 reps of everything
then 6 reps of everything
continue adding 2 reps to each movement until “TIME”
