WOD:

Option 1:

18 min AMRAP

60 DU’s (90 SU’s/60 Plate hops/20/15 cal row/200m Run)

30 Wallballs (30 single db squat jumps)

15 DB Deadlifts

Option 2:

5 Rounds

10 Death Marches (db/sandbag/water jugs/dirty clothes hamper*video*)

15 Jump Squats

20 Reverse Snow Angels (video)
