WOD:

Option 1:

20 min AMRAP

200m Run

20/14 Calorie Row (16 KB/DB Sumo Deadlift High Pulls *video*)

2 rounds of Strict “Cindy”

*Strict “Cindy” – 5 strict pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 Squats*

If you don’t have a pull-up bar you can use the broom on a chair technique (video) or

any of these great ideas (here)

Option 2:

20 min AMRAP

200m Run

2 Rounds of Strict “Cindy”
