WOD: Every 3:00 x 5 15 Sit-Ups 30 Double-Unders (45 SU’s/7 Burpees/30 Plate Hops) 15 Sit-Ups 12 DB Deadlifts *if your DB’s aren’t heavy enough try the backpack method (take a backpack and fill it with water bottles etc to make it as heavy as you want)*
