WOD:

Option 1:

“The Chief”

5 Rounds

3 min AMRAP

3 DB or Barbell Cleans (sub 6 KB swings)

6 Push-Ups

9 Air Squats

rest 1 min between rounds

*record total rounds completed*

Option 2:

2k Row

*every 250 meters hop off and complete 10 push-ups + 10 goblet Squats*
