*rest at top only! Every time you need to put DB’s down… 7 jump squats*
*ground2branch and floor2beam are just like our floor2bar touches where we squat/dl down to touch floor then jump up to touch something preferable above reach*
*Considering we don’t have our gym timer to keep track, just set your phone timer to 20 mins and then reset for 5*
*you must stop benching and perform 7 jump squats every time you need to rest dbs at chest or put down. Rest is only at lockout position*
