build to a heavy set of 3

50 Double-Unders (75 SU’s)

Option 2:

A. Box Squats 5 x 5

B. 3 Rounds

30 Banded Lying Knee Raises (video)

40 Banded Ski Ergs

50 Banded Skater Walks (video)
