8 DB Hang Clean & Jerks (50/35)(4 each arm)

10 MB Squat Jumps (20/14)

10/6 Calorie Bike

Option 2:

Teams of 2

20 min AMRAP

10 Wallballs

3 Clean & Jerks (135/95)

with each option, teammates complete full rounds
