WOD:

Option 1:

A. Push Jerk

5 – 4- 3 – 2 – 1

B. 7 min AMRAP

3 Deadlifts (115/80)

3 Hang Power Cleans

3 Push Jerks

6/6/6, 9/9/9…keep adding 3 reps

Option 2:

A. Bench Press

5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1

B. 7 min AMRAP

3 Push-Ups

3 Double DB Deadlifts (50/35)

3 Leg LIfts

6/6/6, 9/9/9… keep adding 3 reps
