Weekend: Regular Schedule

WOD:

“MURPH”

1 mile run

100 Pull-Ups

200 Push-Ups

300 Air Squats

1 mile run

*partition reps as needed*

*Multiple options for modifying and tailoring wod will be available at the gym*

In honor of Navy Seal officer, Michael Murphy. Medal of Honor recipient who lost his life in Afghanistan in 2005.
