Option 1:

A. Overhead Squat

Heavy set of 3

B. For Time

50/35 Calorie Row

35 Lateral Burpees

50 Overhead Squats (95/65)(65/45)

Option 2:

70/50 Calorie Row

60 Air Squats

50 KB Swings

40 Push-Ups

30/21 Calorie Bike

20 Alternating KB Push Press (2 KB’s, press one side at a time)

10 Burpee Chin Ups
