Option 1:

Teams of 3

2 Rounds (30 min time cap)

100/70 Calorie Row

100 Box Jump Overs

100 Power Cleans

100 Bar facing Burpees

*rx: round 1 135/95, round 2 115/85*

*scale to round 1 105/75, round 2 95/65*

Option 2:

9 Rounds

18 Push-Ups

9 Deadlifts (205/125)(135/95)
