Happy September, everyone!! 

Monday, Labor Day, we have a 6am, 9am and noon class only!

Please remember we return to our regular fall schedule starting Tuesday! 

I know it’s hard to get back into the groove after August but the quicker you get back in the faster we can get you back to your fit and fabulous selves!

Option 2:

5 Rounds

30 Russian Swings (53/35)

30 Air Squats
