Tuesday and Thursday Open gym is 10-12pm

KidFit runs every Tuesday & Thursday @ 8am

We added our summer 8am class every M,W,F

WOD:

Option 1:

A. Back Squat

3 sets of 5 reps

B. 4 Rounds

40 Squats

30 Sit-Ups

18/12 Calorie Bike

Option 2:

3 Rounds

50 Banded Ski Ergs

25 Ankle Touches

50 Sit-Ups

25 Push-Ups

50 Squats
