Tuesday and Thursday Open gym is 10-12pm

KidFit runs every Tuesday & Thursday @ 8am

We added our summer 8am class every M,W,F

Option 1:

A. Deadlift

Heavy set of 10 reps

B. 3 Rounds

20 Deadlifts (155/105)

15/10 Calorie Bike

20 DB Hang Reverse Lunges (50/35)

15/10 Calorie Bike

Option 2:

4 Rounds

20 Bent Over Barbell Rows (45/35)

20 Shoulder2Overhead

20 Floor2Bar Touches

20 Hang Power Cleans

20 Barbell Sit-Ups

20 Barbell Bridges
