Tuesday and Thursday Open gym is 10-12pm

KidFit runs every Tuesday & Thursday @ 8am

We added our summer 8am class every M,W,F

WOD:

Option 1:

A. Power Snatch

work up to a heavy single

B. “Randy”

75 Power Snatches (75/55)

Option 2:

6 Rounds

10 Seated Strict DB Presses

10 DB Renegade Rows (no push-up, 10 each side)

15 Banded Sky Divers

15 Banded Monster Walks (5 steps each way x 3)

20 Alternating Leg and Arm V-Ups

20 Mountain Climbers
