Tuesday and Thursday Open gym is 10-12pm

KidFit runs every Tuesday & Thursday @ 8am

We added our summer 8am class every M,W,F

WOD:

Option 1:

Every 3:00 x 7

21 Sit-Ups

15 Medball Squat Jumps

7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Deadlifts

*Deadlift weight increases every round*

Option 2:

Every 3:00 x 7

21 Sit-Ups

15 DB/KB squats (50/35)

9 Deadlifts (185/135)
