We are now offering Open Gym times every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00am – Noon

WOD:

Option 1:

A. Bench Press x 1, then 80% x max reps

B. Hang Squat Clean x 3, then 80 % x max reps

C. Deadlift x 5, then 80% x max reps

Option 2:

3 Rounds

5 Burpees

10 Single Arm Clean & Jerks

5 Burpees

10 DB Squats

Directly into

90/65 Calorie Row

Directly into

3 Rounds

30 Alternating L&A Supermans

30 Alternating L&A V-Ups

30 Banded Ski Erg

30 Jumping Lunges

*choose DB weight but stick with one pair of DB’s for all movements*
