Happy July!!

We start our 8am classes this week!

They run every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Thursday, July 4th will be a regular schedule up to 1pm. No afternoon classes.

Also, this Saturday is our first beach wod of the season!

We meet at bend in the road on State beach at 9am. 

WOD:

Option 1:

5 Rounds

1 min DB Front Rack Reverse Lunges

1 min Double-Unders/Single-Unders

1 min Bike

1 min Rest

Option 2:

18 min ARMAP

10 Slamballs

10 SB Lunges

10 SB Sit-Ups

10 Lateral Hops
