WOD:

Option 1:

A. Power Clean & Jerk

build to a heavy single

B. “Grace”

30 Clean and Jerks (135/95)

*or use 65-70% of A*

Option 2:

5 Rounds

10 DB Hang Clean and Press (push or jerk)(50/35)(35/25)

30 Tap Crunches

10 Burpee Reverse Lunges

30 Double-Unders (60 SU’s)

*Burpee lunge: start standing, hold onto DB’s while doing burpee but without jump at top, instead do 1 reverse lunge on each side*
