100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Squats

* athletes can divvy up reps as needed but all pull-ups must be completed before moving to push-ups etc*
*while 1 athlete works on Rowing Murph
1 athlete rest, and 1 athlete chips away at
100 DB Curls (35/20)
100 Overhead Squats (105/75)
100 Deadlifts (225/155)
no more than 10 reps can be completed during one transition*
Once all these reps are completed sprint to finish!
