12 Days of Christmas
1 Squat Clean
2 HSPU
3 Goblet Squats
4 KB High Pulls
5 Pull-Ups
6 Box Jumps
7 Burpees
8 Push-Ups
9 Wallballs
10 KB Swings
11 Deadlifts
12 Thrusters or 12oz Beer
Just like the song goes
1 Squat Clean
then 2 HSPU, 1 Squat Clean
then 3 Goblet Squats, 2 HSPUs, 1 Squat Clean
until you get to Beer or Thrusters then 12 reps or ounces and back down
