KIDFIT Session starts MONDAY!!!!

Does your student want to be the next Ninja Warrior or just have fun trying ?!

Gymnastics, weightlifting, cardio conditioning and FUN!

KidFit is a place for 8-12 year olds (exceptions on a case by case basis) to learn to love physical activity! Whether enhancing skills they will use in a team sport, finding a passion they never knew they had, or simply getting in shape, KidFit will challenge and excite your student. Skills they will safely learn from a trainer & professional staff include: Olympic weightlifting techniques, gymnastic exercises both on and off the bar, core strength, flexibility, and fun cardio-building games; like relay tic tac toe, and obstacle course races.

KidFit is a place with no judgement, where kids can challenge themselves, make new friends, and have a GREAT TIME!

Mondays & Wednesdays 3:15-4:15

As of Nov. 1st, membership will increase as listed below. Please note that membership fees have not increased since March 2015 — over three years ago. And while CFMV is dedicated to keeping our rates affordable for Island residents (we are often the same or less than off-island boxes), our operating expenses have increased. Please also note that if you pay through WodTogether, no action is needed; the price will automatically be adjusted based on your membership.

NEW MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP RATES EFFECTIVE Nov. 1, 2018:

2x a week membership – $120 ($15 per class)
3x a week membership – $135 ($11.25 per class)
Unlimited membership – $150 ($6 per class if 5 classes attended per week — what a bargain!)
