It’s time to clean up that menu!!

Here’s how the simple new food challenge goes:

Week 1 – No Dairy

Week 2 – No Dairy, No Sugar

Week 3 – No Dairy, No Sugar, No Grains

Week 4 – No Dairy, No Sugar, No Grains, No Alcohol

If you feel amazing, and you will, keep going!!

400m Run
30 Box Jumps
30 Wallballs
1 round “Helen”:
400m Run
21 KB Swings
12 Pull-Ups
