WOD:

A. Build to a heavy

3 Position Clean + Split Jerk (video of 3 position clean)

B. Tabata

4 rounds of tabata Sit-ups

4 rounds of tabata Deadlifts (155/105)

4 rounds of tabata Sit-Ups

4 rounds of tabata Deadlifts

A quick announcement for you coffee lovers!  Church St. Coffee will be on the island this weekend!  They are re-introducing their 16 oz. glass bottles in their campaign to cut down on plastic use. Orders are for concentrate cold brew (making 3-4 16 oz servings with ice). 
Flavors free of sugar, pumps or syrups:  cinnamon, vanilla and black. 
Carb gainz:  mocha cold brew (USDA CERT ORGANIC cocoa powder in steeping process.)
