We have 2 more weeks of clean eating! No flour, no sugar, no dairy, it’s that simple! Get back on track,  finish strong and end with a little Valentine treat!

We will be phasing out payments at the gym by Spring.

Use a desktop or laptop and create an account under our gym name and select the membership you want from the “shop”. Make sure to change the date to the 1st! Thank you!

weight should go up every round 
pick a challenging weight that you could keep jerks unbroken
first weight should be moderate, think 15-20 reps unbroken when fresh
second weight should be 10-20lbs heavier, think 10-15 reps unbroken when fresh
third weight should be a 10-20lbs more, think 5-10 reps unbroken when fresh
