CFMV is excited to partner with Fete MV — an Island-based, female owned, fresh meal delivery business

 Meals will be delivered twice per week right to CFMV by 4:30 on Mondays and Wednesdays. Members get a special rate of $20 per meal and can order directly by emailing fetemv@gmail.com by noon on Saturday. Delivery begins on Monday, 1/22, so get your orders in! Cash or check can be left in the Fete box at CFMV. Checks should be made payable to Fete MV.

WOD:

3 x 5 Front Squat

3 x 5 Bench Press

3 x Max Strict Pull-up

Rest as much as needed between sets

Finish all sets of Front Squats before moving to Bench

3-4 warm-ups sets (2-3 reps) building to a challenging first set of 5 reps then build across sets
