HAPPY 2018! Looking forward to making this our strongest year yet with our amazing community at CFMV! Let’s kick it all off with a 6-week SHED (Stay Healthy, Excel Daily). And we’re keeping it simple!
SHED Guidelines:
No added sugars (no honey, no maple syrup, no raw sugar)
No flours, no breads, no pastas
No dairy
All other foods, including rice, quinoa, and beans are allowed – though maximum results will be seen with sticking as close to full Paleo as possible (meat/fish/foul, fruits, vegs, nuts, etc). The goal is to kick off 2018 with some simple-to-follow guidelines to help SHED the excess of the holiday/winter season. There will not be a sign up for SHED, or any awards – except, of course, the REWARD of feeling good and fit! We will, however, measure personal success with a SHED Start WOD on Wednesday 1/3/18 and a SHED End WOD after 6 weeks.
