Thursday is Bring a Friend Day! 

Please remember that even though we are now open 7 days a week, you don’t need to come every day! Recovery is ESSENTIAL for growth! Stretch, foam roll, mobilize, and give yourself proper time to recover. Your body will thank you and you will see that you perform better with smart rest.

WOD:

EMOM x 20

1st min: 5-15 cal Bike

2nd min: 1-3 Rope Climbs (sub 5-10 Knees2Elbows)

3rd min: 7-15 Burpees

4th min: 10-50 DUs
