We are going to run a trial Sunday 2 hour open gym starting October 15th.
Coach Mike will have a CrossFit WOD and a Mobility WOD handy for you or you could hit a WOD you missed.
We are looking for some feedback on the hours, we are thinking 10am-12pm, 11am-1pm, or 12-2pm.
