We have a new KidFit session starting 9/12-10/2! Contact coach Sara at 518-727-9827 to reserve a spot for your child! Classes will run every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:15-4:15pm.
We will be starting a clean eating challenge mid September so get in and get moving and lets work off all those shandy’s and lobster rolls!
