Monday is Labor Day and we will be running one WOD at 9:00am
We have a new KidFit session starting 9/12! Contact coach Sara at 518-727-9827 to reserve a spot for your child! Classes will run every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:15-4:15pm.
This will be the last week of the summer schedule, next week we will no longer be running the 8am classes or the daytime open gym hours. We will still have open gym Monday-Thursday from 6:30-7:30pm.
We will be starting a clean eating challenge mid September so get in and get moving and lets work off all those shandy’s and lobster rolls!
