This will be the last week of the summer schedule, next week we will no longer be running the 8am classes or the daytime open gym hours. We will still have open gym Monday-Thursday from 6:30-7:30pm.
We will be starting a clean eating challenge mid September so get in and get moving and lets work off all those shandy’s and lobster rolls!
Interested in ordering some Paleo meals?! Order HERE and then let Coach Sara know and we will pick them up for you! Meals will be delivered to gym every Monday.
