For the month of July and August we will have an 8:00am class Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This will be in addition to our 9:00am class. We will also have an additional open gym time every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 10-12pm.
Please sign up on wodtogether.com for any 8:00am or 9:00am class in July and August. You do not need to pay on wodtogether to have an account. You can sign up for class right from your phone, it’s super easy!
Join us Saturday’s for a BEACH WOD at 9:00am!! We meet at bend-in-the-road on state beach which is after the jaws bridge right next to the big lifeguard stand. Come sweat in the sand and sea with us!
