Whether you signed up or not for the 2017 CrossFit Open this year, most of you still did the workouts every Monday. For us, the CF Games ended there, but for many top athletes the next stage of competition begins shortly as they move on to prove their fitness at the Regional level. The Top 20 women, men and teams from the Northeast travel to Albany, NY May 19th to compete in the East Regionals. The top five from each division in each of CrossFit’s eight Regionals will advance to the 2017 Reebok CrossFit Games in Madison, Wisconsin.
We thought it would be fun to try some past Regional workouts this week in honor of the athletes prepping before their big weekend. All these workouts can be scaled, let’s have some fun!
Saturday class time has moved back to 9:00 am now that the warmer weather is here.
For the month of May the 6:30pm class Monday through Thursday will be a regular class plus an open gym time.

10 rounds for time of:
1 legless 14-foot rope ascent
*scale will be to use legs or sub will be 5 Toes2Bar*
