For the month of February our beginners classes will be on Monday and Wednesday at 6:30pm
We have open gym Monday through Thursday from 6:30-7:30pm.
Starting this Saturday class will move from 9am to 10:00am so get your lazy butts out of bed 🙂
How has the clean eating been for you all? The challenge now is to continue drinking 6-8 glasses of water, eating no processed sugar, no grains or white potatoes, no dairy and no alcohol for another 3 weeks. By the end of the 3 weeks the CrossFit Open will be starting and you will be feeling primed and ready to throw down with everyone! Let’s do it!
