Week 3 of the clean eating challenge starts today! So in addition to drinking 6-8 glasses of water and eliminating processed sugar we are now omitting grains and white potatoes. SMALL amounts of Ezekiel bread and rice will be allowed but please keep these to a minimum. Sweet potatoes, yams, and all the wonderful variations of squash should be your carb base. For those of you struggling with no sugar still, remember you can have all the fruit you want and also check out Lara bars, they are completely paleo! Week 3, let’s go!
