Week 2 of the Clean Eating Weekly Challenge starts Tuesday. In addition to drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day we now eliminate all processed sugar from our diet. Please be aware that processed sugar hides in a lot of food. For the sake of sanity we are allowing SMALL amounts of honey and pure maple syrup. Fruit is a natural sugar so stock up to help with the cravings!
