Clean Eating Weekly Challenge!
Week 1 – For the first week of this challenge we are only asking you to drink 6-8 glasses of water every day
Week 2 – This week we continue to drink 6-8 glasses of water a day and we cut out all processed sugars. Fruit is OK!
Week 3 – 6-8 glasses of water, no processed sugar, no grains and no white potatoes.
Week 4 – 6-8 glasses of water, no processed sugar, no grains, no white potatoes and no dairy.
Week 5 – all of the above plus no alcohol
Weeks 6-8 – continue eating clean, feeling lean, and being a workout machine!
This is really it folks. It is this easy. Keeping it simple and fun for the new year to kickstart 2017.
We will repeat today’s wod at the end of the 8 weeks to see how we’ve improved.
A. Test: set of max strict pull-ups (bands ok, just keep it strict)
B. “The Ghost”
