Athlete 1 starts with the Rower.
Once calories are completed, Athlete 2 can start the Rower, and so on.
Before returning to the rotation, athletes complete the 25′ Walking Lunge and 50′ Prowler.
Put coconut oil in a large saucepan,turn heat on medium high. Add finely chopped white onion,garlic,tarragon (to taste),sea salt and black pepper. Saute until onions are a nice golden brown.
