Currently we have open gym every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30-7:30pm and starting today (6/2)we will be adding a Tuesday and Thursday 10:00am-12pm open gym time as well. Cool, huh?!
Remember, the In-House Throwdown is June 11th! This will be a fun way to test your fitness within our community. We have a sign-up for Scaled and RX divisions as well as a Kids WOD (11:00am). Please sign up if you plan on competing so we can get an idea of heats and times. We will also be putting up a sign-up for the potluck lunch and post comp “throwback”
