1. There will be TWO KidFit sessions in May; there will be no TeenFit this month
The Monday/Wednesday session starts May 1st at 3:15pm and runs for 4 weeks
The Tuesday/Thursday session starts May 2nd at 3:15pm and runs for 4 weeks
2. There will be an All Ages In-House Throwdown June 11th! We will have RX and Scaled adult division, and a KID division! There will be 3 workouts for adults; 1 workout for the kids — and it will be AWESOME.
3. Everyone will be hitting the Master’s Qualifier wods this week just for fun! Globally, the top 200 masters in each age division (40-44,45-49,50-54,55-59,60+) are hitting these workouts this weekend and submitting their scores. Of those, the top 20 finishers then get invited to compete at the CrossFit Games. This week, we’re going to to find out if any CFMVers are fitter than any of the masters! 😉
