We are switching up the days for the KidFit and TeenFit in May.
KidFit will run every Tuesday and Thursday at 3:15pm
TeenFit will run every Monday and Wednesday at 3:15pm.
Please don’t wait till last minute to get your kid or teen into these classes. We will be taking a maximum of 8 and minimum of 6. Email Coach Sara at firstname.lastname@example.org or text at 518-727-9827 to reserve your child’s spot.
