We had another successful and FUN KidFit session finish up last week and we are looking forward to our next 4-week cycle starting the first week of May. We will be offering a KidFit course on Monday’s and Wednesday’s and a TeenFit course on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. 3rd min: Banded Single Leg Reverse Hypers x 5-10 each leg
4th min: Anchored Sit-up x 15-20
5th min: 3-7 HSPU with 3 second pause at the top (scale to 2-3 wall walks with 5 second pause at top or 20-30 hs hold)
