There will be no 5am or 7am class this week due to February Break. The rest of the schedule will remain the same.
Also, we have decided to schedule the weekly Open workout every Monday(starting 2/29) instead of Friday. This gives Coach Sara a better idea of what to program for the rest of the week. Since Sunday is a rest day, we will be primed and ready to crush it! I will still post the link for the live announcement every Thursday night so you can prep yourselves for the WOD to come.
