The CrossFit Open starts next Friday 2/26 and whether or not you sign up (read more here) we will be doing the workouts every Friday. Every Thursday at 8:00pm (starting 2/25) the CrossFit games site will hold a live announcement of what the following days workout will entail. Then 2 top CrossFit athletes will hit the workout live for the first time. It’s fun to watch and it’s good mental prep for the workout. I will provide scaling options so please don’t worry, come in, and let’s get more FIT!

Mix the salt, garlic, onion, thyme and rosemary and pepper all together. Use a dish large enough to hold all the duck pieces in a single layer. Sprinkle 1/3 of the mixture on the bottom.
